HR Assistant – Recruitment & Onboarding

Location: Dubai, UAE

Are you passionate about building great teams and creating a smooth onboarding experience? We’re looking for an HR Assistant to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and integrating top talent into our organization.

What You’ll Do:
– Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
– Manage onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
– Maintain accurate employee records and generate recruitment reports.
– Drive process improvements and leverage tools for a better candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:
– 3-5 years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment and onboarding.
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office.
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a positive candidate experience.
– experience in IT, Tech start up (preferable)
